Shipping policy
Atlantida Boards manage your shipping options when you place your order on line and you provide your shipping address, email and phone number at checkout:
- Ensure timely delivery
- Get real-time delivery updates
- Avoid items being held at customs or returned
When contact details are provided, it’s more likely that the package will be delivered on the first try. This is particularly helpful for couriers bringing packages to the recipient’s door, as they may struggle to complete deliveries without contact information.
Additionally, US Customs and Border Protection recently released a policy that strongly recommends including the recipient’s email and phone number to prevent items from being held at customs.
How to add contact information
When ordering items for yourself, you can add your email and phone number at checkout.
If you’re an online seller, we strongly recommend collecting customer contact information on your store to improve their experience and avoid delivery delays. This is especially important during Sales season when order volumes are high, and carriers are under extra pressure to deliver on time.
Atlantida Boards offers different shipping options, depending on the Printfull platform, Shopify app or surf industry, the product it´s been created in and its available shipping features.
Atlantida Boards ship Printfull surf clothes to the entire Iberic peninsula, to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands as well as to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Also to Europe.
Atlantida Boards ship GM surf boards to the entire Iberic peninsula, to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands as well as to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Also to Europe. The manufacturing surf board period will be 3/4 weeks depending on each surfboard, they are handcrafted and will depend in turn on customization. Once manufactured, the delivery time will be:
* Shipments to the peninsula and Balearic Islands 4-5 days.
* Shipping to other destinations, it will be necessary to consult.
Atlantida Boards also ship textile surf clothes also to United States & Canada.
Flat rate (standard) (Between 3 and 4 business days after completion).
Standard rate to offset CO2 emissions (Between 3 and 4 business days after placing the order).
Express (Between 1 and 3 business days after the order is placed).
Express Shipping for U.S. domestic orders. It applies to:
- Sellers using live rates who have enabled express shipping in their shipping settings
- All Shopify sellers who have enabled express shipping in their shipping settings
- Orders that contain only products from the eligible list
Express shipping is available to customers who use Printful shipping profiles within Shopify and Atlantida Boards.
Express shipping is currently available for a specific list of products for US domestic orders. See the full list of products eligible for express shipping.
To ensure your customers receive their orders with express shipping, keep in mind:
- Express shipping is only available for specific products that are sold, fulfilled, and delivered domestically within the US. To qualify for express shipping, the order must include only these eligible products. If it contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible products, standard shipping will apply.
- Express shipping is only available for orders that include a phone number. If an order doesn’t have a phone number, it will be switched to standard delivery. Configure your Shopify store’s settings to make the phone number a mandatory field during the checkout process.
Disclaimer: Express shipping is not available for military addresses or PO Box destinations.

Atlantida Boards ships to most countries around the world, except for a few countries with legal restrictions or limitations on transportation. At this time, Printful is unavailable and does not ship to the following destinations:
Ecuador
Cuba
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Atlantida Boards may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product packaging. Some of our products are packed separately to ensure their shape and to provide extra protection and durability. The products that we always ship separately are:
Snapback caps, trucker caps, baseball caps and visors
Backpacks
Mugs, wine and beer glasses
Stickers
Cushions with filling
Wall decoration: posters, framed posters, canvases
Water bottles
Notebooks
Processing location. In our Product Catalog, you can see that we fulfill products in multiple locations (e.g., United States, Europe); Therefore, if your order includes products for products that are fulfilled in multiple fulfillment centers, we will ship the products separately.
Atlantida Boards estimated delivery date (EDT) is a forecast of when we estimate we might deliver an order to you. The WBS is the sum of the estimated handling time and shipping time.
Estimated Handling Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Date
Our average handling time is 2-5 working days for all our textile products. When we calculate the estimated handling time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity. Estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data for orders delivered in your area or the region in which you sell. The estimated delivery date is only a calculation, not a guarantee.
